Order Additions- Any additions to orders must be placed as a separate order.
Programmable Parts Disclosure- Please note that many newer Audi Control Modules, Instrument Clusters, ECUs, Audio Components, and other VIN Specific Parts MUST BE INSTALLED BY AUTHORIZED AUDI DEALER FOR FULL FUNCTIONALITY.
Warranty - Warranty against manufacture defects for Genuine Audi parts is 12 months or 12,000 miles (whichever comes first). If a part fails within this warranty period, based on the date of purchase, please return the part with a copy of the original invoice along with an explanation of the failure. Once received, inspection will determine the cause of failure. Credit will be issued only if the determined part failed due to manufacturer defect by Audi standards. Audi's warranty does not cover any labor or shipping charges incurred due to failure and the final say is with Audi as to failure cause.
Terms and Conditions - Selling dealer hereby expressly disclaims all additional warranties, either expressed or implied; including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of these parts. Buyer shall not be entitled to recover from the selling dealer any consequential damages, damages to property, damages for loss of use, loss of time, loss of profits, or income, or any other incidental damages. In addition, expressly excluded is any dealer liability for defects pertaining to safety or performance, by way of "strict liability", negligence, or otherwise. The content of this site is "AS IS". We assume no liability for catalog errors, bugs, viruses, omissions, or other problems with content. To the fullest extent of the law, we make no representation or warranties of any kind with respect to the content on this site or the materials, information, and functions made accessible by the software used, or for any breach of security associated with the transmission of sensitive information through this site or any further linked site. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to this site and the operation of this site may be interfered with by numerous factors outside of our control.
Pricing - While we strive to keep our pricing accurate, we do not guarantee the availability of any items at the price listed. We will notify you, before order processing; of any part number supersessions or price changes. Due to the nature of our business, our pricing follows the pricing fluctuations of Audi of America. Thus we can only honor price quotes for ten days from initial contact. Limitation of Liability-In no event is AudiMidwest.com liable for any special or consequential damage that is directly or related to the use of, or the inability to use, the services on this site or this site's programs, software, or printed material, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Returns Policy
- We do not ship internationally. Any items shipped outside of the United States will be solely the buyers responsibility

- Defective items must be returned first either for replacement or refund, contact us to arrange the return.
- A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
- There is a 15% restocking fee charged against all returned parts.
- Parts must be re-saleable and in the original packaging.
- Cores must be returned in the original packaging.
- We cannot take back used parts.
- We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
- We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
- Return request need to be within 30 days of receipt.
- Our Error: Items that need to be returned due to catalog error or where you provided VIN # but received the wrong part. Please contact us and we will email you a return label. Returns are subject to review and providing us VIN # does not imply we are responsible. Example; if you ordered a left and meant a right we are not responsible for return shipping charges.
- Ordered in Error: If you don’t like the item you received you can return it but please keep in mind: return shipping charges are your responsibility and some items cannot be returned and restocking fees may incur. Please contact us in advanced before making the decision to return the item. A 15 % restocking fee applies to all returns.
- Item where a VIN was not provided are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Shipping charges are not refundable

Cancellation Policy
- An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up to 24 hours of order submission without a restocking fee.
- If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 15% may apply
Shipping Policy
• In-stock orders ship within 48 hours. • We will not accept orders from IP addresses outside of the United States. • Shipping address changes must be requested within 24 hours of order submission and are not guaranteed. • Weekend orders will be processed the next business day. • All damaged shipments must be disclosed within 48 hours of receipt. • If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it usually takes 2-3 days to arrive to us and will be promptly shipped to you. Most of the orders are shipped complete within 2-3 business days. A few of the parts ordered from the manufacturer may take up to 5-6 business days to arrive and will ship to you immediately. • Depending upon location, ground shipments usually take 2-7 days. • Oversized shipments will be additional; you will be contacted prior to shipping for approval. • We cannot guarantee transit times for ground and oversize orders. • Shipping Carrier substitutions may be made at our determination to reduce shipping costs to the customer. • We do not ship internationally. • In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on backorder or discontinued, we will do our best to try and find one for you as quickly as possible. • We do not ship COD orders.
